Here is what to expect while visiting our office. As a precaution for the safety of our staff and clients masks are required before entering the office. We will continue to ask clients to wash their hands before and after testing. Because social distancing applies and our space is limited, we have carefully planned to schedule our days to space out our clients and make time for cleaning and sanitation. Appointments are required. Please plan on arriving no more than 5 minutes early and no more than 5 minutes late to your appointment. This ensures that we do not fall behind and that we maintain the six feet of space between other clients and staff. We are also only allowing one person at a time in the office we will no longer have a waiting area available, therefore please plan to attend alone for testing no extra visitors please. Amid ongoing concerns about COVID-19, we will continue to closely monitor the latest reports from the CDC-Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the DHCS-Department of Health Care Services and of our Counties of Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Public Health Departments. We want you to stay safe. We are in this together.
